Study

Yes... It's the time of the year... the one that all adolescence wish to travel back in time and kill whoever invented exams in the first place... which *if i'm not wrong* was "invented" in china by some king(?) to look for the best scholars in town...
And many many decades/centuries later, we have to suffer this fate...

Some find it a pain in the ass, others just embrace it...
But really, both me and exams have a love-hate relationship... Love, cause it'll show where i actually academically stand*i dont realy want to know*. Hate, obviously, would be studying for it...

Well to those having their papers, good luck!
You'll need it... ;D

Rule of Thumb : Not all wrapper recipes are reliable

Its true. When ever you guys wanna bake, stew, fry, boil, saute or any other cooking method, NOT ALL RECIPES AT THE BACK OF THE WRAPPER WORKS!

I tried making white chocolate chip cookies following the recipe at the back of Hershey's White Chocolate Chips. It didn't turn out as good as it sounds. Sure, its pretty easy, just mix a few ingredients, put them on the tray, put them in the oven, and your done. Well... IT AIN'T AS SIMPLE AS IT SEEMED!!!

Maybe my perception of cookie dough is it actually have to look like a dough, not some batter mixture. Well I guess it's pretty much my fault for not doing much research and just trying and error on impulse.
But all in all, it taste rather well, other than the fact that is more like a soft cake and i used the wrong type of sugar.

Oh yeah! When baking never ever use course sugar, cause it'll never mix well, you'll have the crunchy texture when eating the cookie, and its not from the baking... Oh and it'll turn awfully sweet as well....

But cooking once in awhile can be pretty fun, if you like cooking and willing to clean up the mess after.

Next time I'm gonna bake Cranberries Muffin! =D

Its supposed to be some chinese herb, but before processing..

My... my... you thinking what i'm thinking?

See, the view there is brilliant! The air is fresh... The sky is clear... Its suitable for families, take a slow walk in the 'wilderness' listen to the birds churping, all in all, its a wonderful place.
Very slow, a commercialized country feel... Different from Genting Highlands...
I kinda like it there... but not in a I'm-gonna-stay-there-for-long-way... just a weekend retreat once in a while... the family to bond together...
